Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or Above (BA/BSc/MSc)

in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.

Experience:

A minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven work experience.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a leadership role as a General/Operations Manager or in a managerial capacity.
Prior experience in training centers, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutes, is highly preferred.

Skills & Expertise

Operations Management: Strong capability to oversee daily operations, organize workflow, and streamline institutional processes.
Technical & Training Awareness: Practical understanding of office machine maintenance, technical training workflows, and service delivery processes.
Business Development & Marketing: Ability to design marketing strategies, acquire corporate clients, and drive student enrollment.
HR & Financial Management: Demonstrated competence in team leadership, personnel management, and budget/financial tracking.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and relevant regulatory bodies.
