Amibara Properties is looking for a creative, highly organized, and experience-driven Brand Experience & Events Organizer to join our Branding & Promotion team.

The Brand Experience & Events Organizer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing memorable brand experiences that strengthen Amibara Properties' relationship with its customers, prospects, partners, and wider audience.

From luxury property launches and VIP client experiences to exhibitions, activations, corporate events, and promotional campaigns, this role will ensure that every physical interaction with the Amibara Properties brand is intentional, distinctive, and aligned with our premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate, promotional, sales, and brand events.
Plan and manage sponsorships that align with the company’s value.
Develop and execute experiential marketing campaigns and public activations.
Work closely with influencers, media, and partners.
Maintain an organized database of vendors, suppliers, partners, venues, and event resources.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in event management, brand activation, experiential marketing, PR, hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience successfully planning and executing events.
Strong vendor and supplier management experience.
Experience managing event budgets and timelines.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, retail, premium brands, or corporate events is an advantage.
