-Greet clients, partners, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

-Answer and route incoming calls promptly

-Handle emails and general inquiries from clients and vendors

-Take clear messages and ensure timely delivery

-Schedule meetings, client presentations, and internal discussions

-Coordinate deliveries (e.g., marketing materials, printing samples, media kits)

-Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services

-Maintain office supplies and reception area

-Ensure the reception area reflects the agency’s creativity and professionalism

-Provide a positive first impression to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

-Previous experience in reception, sales, customer service, or office administration is an advantage
