The Social Media Advertising Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid digital advertising campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support real estate sales. The role focuses on maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS) through data-driven campaign management across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns for all real estate projects.
Create and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and YouTube.
Define target audiences based on demographics, interests, and buyer behavior.
Set campaign budgets and monitor daily spending.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, headlines, and audiences.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lower Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Install and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
Work closely with the Content Creator, Graphic Designer, and Videographer to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.
Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising platform policies.
