Cashflow Financial Technologies S.C is a PSO licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia. Our company is looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer support functions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational leadership with a solid understanding of business growth, customer experience, and technology-driven financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Marketing and Sales teams to achieve growth and revenue targets.
Develop and execute partnership strategies with banks, financial institutions, businesses, and other strategic stakeholders.
Oversee the Customer Support team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
Establish and monitor KPIs across sales, marketing, partnerships, and support functions.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Work closely with executive leadership to develop and implement growth strategies.
Analyze business performance and prepare management reports and recommendations.
Drive process improvements and ensure operational excellence across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in operations, business development, sales management, or related leadership roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership-building abilities.
Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
Experience in both finance and software/technology companies is a significant advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
