The Tender & Store Officer is responsible for preparing and submitting tender documents while managing the daily operations of the stationery and cleaning supplies store. The role also ensures accurate inventory management, efficient store operations, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit tender documents accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian government procurement and tender requirements.
Manage inventory, stock records, and store operations.
Receive, organize, and issue stock while maintaining accurate documentation.
Assist customers, process sales, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.

Qualifications

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Procurement & Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in tender preparation, store management, inventory control, or retail sales.
Experience in stationery or cleaning supplies is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of Ethiopian procurement and tender procedures.
Strong inventory management and record-keeping skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook/Email) and PDF applications.
Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
