Position Summary

The Credit & Finance Consultant will provide expertise in credit operations, lending processes, financial management, and regulatory compliance for banking transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and improve credit and lending operations.
Review loan lifecycle processes and credit risk frameworks.
Support implementation of lending and credit management modules.
Develop credit policies, procedures, and workflows.
Conduct financial analysis and portfolio assessments.
Assist in regulatory compliance initiatives including IFRS and Basel standards.
Prepare financial reports and performance metrics.
Support data validation and migration activities related to credit portfolios.
Train client teams on system functionality and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Banking, or Economics.
Minimum 3 years of experience in credit, lending, or financial management.
Strong understanding of credit risk management and loan administration.
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or FRM are advantageous.
