Main Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and control food and beverage costs across all branches.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.
Analyze food cost, beverage cost, and profit margins.
Conduct inventory audits and stock reconciliations.
Verify recipe costing and menu pricing.
Monitor waste, spoilage, and production variances.
Ensure accurate receiving, issuing, and stock transfer procedures.
Work closely with Production, Procurement, Store, Finance, and Operations teams.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Ensure compliance with company inventory and cost control procedures.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of food & beverage costing principles.
Experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/POS systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Knowledge of recipe costing and menu engineering.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&B Cost Controller or in a similar cost control role.
Experience in a pastry, bakery, café, or restaurant industry is highly preferred.
Experience with inventory management systems and financial reporting is an advantage.
