About the Role:- We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and trustworthy Executive Secretary / Cashier to provide administrative support to senior management while also handling cashier and petty cash functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and financial record-keeping skills and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.

Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.

Organize and maintain filing systems and office records.

Receive visitors and facilitate communication between departments.

Receive, record, and issue receipts for cash payments.

Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate cash records.

Prepare daily cash collection reports and submit them to the finance department.

Deposit cash and cheques in accordance with company procedures.

Ensure all cash transactions are properly documented and filed.

Perform other administrative and office support duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 (five) years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, Cashier, or in a similar role.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
