SA Furniture manufacturing and import , one of Ethiopia’s growing furniture manufacturing and retail companies, invites qualified, experienced, and results-oriented professionals to apply for the following positions.

1. Senior Sales Supervisor

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (BA/BSc or above ) in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales supervision experience.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience in project sales,

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong customer relationship management skills.

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.

Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Furniture industry experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure project sales opportunities.

Prepare quotations and proposals.

Follow up on tenders and project opportunities.

Develop and implement sales strategies.

Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.

Ensure excellent customer service.
