We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Representative to drive growth across both direct-to-consumer (B2C) residential door-to-door outreach and business-to-business (B2B) client engagement. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, proactive in acquiring new accounts, and fully accountable for daily field operations and sales reporting.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Field Sales & Acquisition: Conduct door-to-door residential sales and pitch directly to prospective commercial clients to expand our customer base across all target channels.
Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with households and business owners, address inquiries, present product benefits, and successfully close sales.
Order & Payment Processing: Accurately record customer orders, handle cash/digital payments responsibly, and input all sales data into the system promptly.
Inventory & Reconciliation: Maintain solid awareness of stock levels, reconcile daily sales activity against payment flows, and report stock demands.
Market Insights & Reporting: Gather customer feedback during field visits and immediately report any sales discrepancies, shortages, or operational issues to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Prior experience in direct sales, field marketing, or customer service (B2C or B2B).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
High integrity, self-motivation, and comfortable working actively in the field.
Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with mobile or software-based record-keeping systems.
