We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager

Salary: 20,000 ETB per month + Attractive Sales Commission

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies.

Generate qualified leads and increase sales.

Manage social media marketing campaigns.

Build relationships with customers and business partners.

Track marketing performance and prepare reports.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve company targets.

Requirements:

Experience in marketing, sales, or digital marketing is an advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, creative, and goal-oriented.

Strong understanding of social media platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

Monthly Salary: 20,000 ETB

Performance-Based Sales Commission: Earn additional income based on sales generated. Commission increases with performance.
