Emarosh Real Estate is looking for a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our growing team and lead our sales operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Proven experience managing and motivating a sales team
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Ability to set, monitor, and achieve sales targets
• Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills
• Real estate sales experience is an advantage
• Highly motivated, professional, and results-oriented

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team
• Monitor team performance and sales targets
• Support the team in client handling and closing deals
• Develop strategies to improve sales performance
• Follow up on leads and ensure effective customer service
• Report sales performance and progress to management
