We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, manage front desk operations, and provide administrative support to ensure the office runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Coordinate outgoing correspondence and courier services.
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure visitors follow company procedures.
Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Perform other duties assigned by the Administration or HR department.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role.
