We are seeking a highly organized Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and manage our diverse workforce.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of professional HR experience, with a proven track record in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
* Team Management: Must have direct experience managing a workforce of 50+ employees, overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
* Age Requirement: Candidates must be 32 years of age or older.
* Labor Law Mastery: Expert knowledge of local labor proclamations, particularly regarding contract management, dispute resolution, and workforce reductions.
* Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and enforce organizational policies, including grooming standards, attendance protocols, and ID requirements.
* Compensation & Incentives: Administer payroll and design performance-based incentive programs, including KPI-driven bonuses and commissions.
* Administrative Oversight: Skilled in drafting high-level professional documentation, including experience letters, termination notices, and legal agreements.
* Communication: Fluent in formal business writing and verbal communication to effectively bridge the gap between management and staff.
