Handle airline reservations and flight bookings for customers.
Issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets accurately.
Handle ticket changes, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations according to airline policies.
Check flight schedules, fares, availability, and applicable ticketing conditions.
Provide customers with suitable flight options based on their travel requirements.
Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and provide accurate information.
Handle GDS systems for flight reservations and ticketing.
Verify passenger details and travel documents before ticket issuance.
Follow airline fare rules, ticketing policies, and company procedures.
Coordinate with airlines and relevant departments when resolving booking or ticketing issues.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, tickets, payments, and customer information.
Follow up on pending reservations and ensure timely ticket issuance.
Provide professional customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Prepare daily sales and ticketing reports when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations (Must)
Practical experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of airline ticketing procedures, fare rules, and reservation systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good computer skills.
Ability to work in shifts when required.
Please do not apply if you do not have prior experience working as a Travel Agent or Airline Ticketing Agent. Candidates without relevant travel industry experience will not be considered.
