1. Job Summary

Digital Equb is seeking a Customer Follow-Up Agent to help customers dispose their responsibilities on time. The successful candidate will contact customers by phone and message, provide clear reminders and guidance, respond to questions, and keep accurate records of follow-up activities.

2. Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience: At least two years of proven work experience in a governmental institution.

Age: 45 and above

Gender: Male

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to make clear, professional follow-up calls and send reminder messages.
Good record-keeping and attention to detail.
Patience and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle customer information confidentially.

3. Duties and Responsibilities

Contact customers by phone and message to remind them of their responsibilities.
Assist customers in understanding their payment schedules and completing responsibilities on time.
Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information about follow-up procedures.
Follow up with customers who have missed or delayed responsibilities, using respectful and professional communication.
Record calls, messages, customer responses, and follow-up outcomes accurately.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Protect customer information and follow company procedures.
