Amibara Properties is looking for a creative, data-driven, and digitally savvy Digital Marketer to join our Branding & Promotion team.

The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that strengthen the Amibara Properties brand, increase audience engagement, generate qualified leads, and support the promotion and sales of our real estate projects.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking and understands how to turn digital platforms into effective tools for brand building, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall branding and business objectives.
Manage and grow Amibara Properties' social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and website.
Develop monthly digital content plans and coordinate content delivery with the creative team.
Create and manage paid digital advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
Monitor digital campaign performance and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and return on investment.
Conduct audience and competitor research to identify digital trends, opportunities, and emerging platforms.
Identify opportunities to increase organic reach, engagement, website traffic, and qualified leads.
Manage online communities and respond appropriately to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Track digital trends, social media algorithms, content formats, and emerging marketing tools.
Support website and other digital platforms with relevant marketing content.
Ensure all digital communications maintain Amibara Properties' brand identity, tone, and positioning.
Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital advertising platforms is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising, audience targeting, and digital analytics.
Experience developing and executing digital campaigns from concept through performance analysis.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Good understanding of content marketing and current social media trends.
Experience in real estate and luxury brands is an advantage.
