Pitron Technology Solutions PLC is looking for highly motivated, self-driven, and ambitious Enterprise Business Development & Account Managers to drive the growth of our enterprise technology business.

Working directly with the Executive Team, you will identify strategic opportunities, build executive-level relationships, coordinate with assigned Strategic Business Units (SBUs), and convert opportunities into signed contracts. You will represent Pitron’s portfolio, including Core Banking, ERP, Pitron FinOS, FinTech, Custom Software, AI, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Digital Transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

Work directly with the Executive Management Team to develop commercial strategies.

Coordinate with assigned SBUs to design solutions that meet customer requirements.

Lead client meetings, presentations, commercial discussions, and negotiations.

Prepare proposals and quotations with technical and commercial teams.

Convert qualiﬁed opportunities into signed contracts for assigned SBUs. Manage strategic customer accounts and identify opportunities for expansion.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related ﬁeld.

Strong understanding of the Ethiopian enterprise market. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.

Passionate about business development and building long-term client relationships.

Experience in enterprise technology sales is an advantage but not required.
