DMC Real Estate is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.
Prepare customer relationship reports and support customer retention strategies.
