Job Summary

Adil Corporate Group (ACG) is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic projects across the Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely project execution.
Prepare project progress reports and present updates to management.
Ensure projects meet quality standards and organizational objectives.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
Manage project resources efficiently and maintain stakeholder communication.
Ensure compliance with company policies and project management best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience (preferred).
Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Required Skills

Excellent project planning and coordination skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
