We are looking for experienced and results-driven professionals to join our growing real estate team as Senior Diaspora Property Consultants /Diaspora Property Consultant Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with diaspora clients.
Conduct virtual property presentations and consultations.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
Guide clients through the property purchasing process.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and client follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams and property developers.
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
3-5 years of sales experience (preferably in real estate sales).
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
