Job Vacancy: Manufacturing Warehouse Secretary

Location: Lebu Mebrat Hail
Working Hours: Morning shift, 2:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Position Type: Full-time Gender Requirement: Female candidates only
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years as a secretary

SALARY NET : 10,000 ETB

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
- Manage daily office operations and provide secretarial support to warehouse management.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and digital records, files, and documents.
- Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and meeting notes.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate communication between warehouse staff, suppliers, and management.
- Ensure smooth flow of information across departments.
Inventory & Documentation
- Assist in tracking warehouse inventory records and documentation.
- Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse activity reports.
Communication & Customer Service
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Relay messages accurately and promptly to relevant staff.
Compliance & Organization
- Ensure all warehouse documents comply with company policies and standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Keep the office area organized, clean, and efficient for daily operations.
Support to Management
- Provide clerical and administrative assistance to warehouse supervisors.
- Help in preparing presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking and staff records.

Candidate Requirements

Female applicants only.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
