We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge client communication, and execution across different departements. You will work closely with senior management, creative teams, and production staff to plan and execute.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Production Coordination: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating timelines between client expectations, design teams, and production managers.
Performance Tracking & Analytics: compile weekly/monthly performance reports, and recommend data-driven optimizations to improve campaign ROI.
Market Research & Pitch Prep: Conduct competitor analysis, track advertising trends, and help prepare presentation decks and pitch proposals for new agency business.
Budget Monitoring: Track campaign expenditures and production costs to ensure projects remain strictly within client-approved budgets.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on marketing experience (handling client projects ).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics, office/project management tools ( Basic knowledge of design principles or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively present ideas to internal teams and clients.
Attributes: Strong multi-tasking ability, quick problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
