Job Title: Supermarket Supervisor
Job Summary
Souk Supermarket is seeking an experienced and highly organized Supermarket Supervisor with a proven background in supermarket operations and store supervision. The ideal candidate must have hands on experience managing staff, overseeing daily store activities, and maintaining operational standards within a supermarket environment. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth store performance, strong customer service delivery, and efficient team coordination.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise daily supermarket operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and support staff performance, scheduling, and discipline
• Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and product display standards
• Ensure high quality customer service and resolve customer issues professionally
• Oversee cleanliness, store organization, and compliance with store procedures
• Track basic sales performance and prepare operational reports when needed
• Coordinate with management on inventory, shortages, and store needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Working hours follow office hours with an afternoon shift schedule
