Main Responsibilities

· Review HR policies and practices.

· Audit employee performance evaluation processes.

· Assess compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.

· Prepare audit reports and recommendations for improvement.

· Monitor implementation of corrective actions.

Skills

· Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.

· Understanding of performance management systems and KPIs.

· Auditing, analytical, and report-writing skills.

· Strong communication and interviewing skills.

· Problem solving skill

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

MBA or BA degree in:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
