We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for both mobile applications and web platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into elegant, functional, and visually appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for mobile and web applications.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements.
Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience for mobile and web applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects.
Proficiency in Figma (required).
Experience creating interactive prototypes, design systems, and responsive layouts.
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
