Assist in the preparation, organization, and compilation of tender and bid documents according to company and client requirements.
Review bid documents carefully to ensure compliance with tender instructions and submission requirements.
Support the preparation of technical and financial proposal documents.
Prepare document copies, scanning, printing, binding, and filing for tender submissions.
Study bid documents, technical specifications, BOQ, and drawings under supervision.
Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to collect required documents, quotations, and clarifications.
Ensure tender documents are complete, accurate, properly signed, and submitted on time.
Track tender deadlines, performance bonds, bid securities, and related documentation.
Maintain organized records and filing systems for submitted, ongoing, and upcoming tenders.
Assist in preparing correspondence related to tenders (clarification letters, submission letters, etc.).
Prepare periodic tender activity reports and submit them to the supervisor/management.
Maintain confidentiality of tender and company information at all times.
