Dama Branding and Marketing, a leading branding and design agency in Addis Ababa, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Design printable materials (brochures, flyers, packaging, signage, and other branding collateral)
Create engaging, graphic-ready social media content for multiple client accounts
Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, especially printable materials and social media content
Strong portfolio demonstrating range and creativity
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent)
Excellent communication skills — able to take direction clearly and explain design choices
Fast turnaround without compromising quality
Dedicated, reliable, and able to work independently
