I run a US-focused e-commerce brand and I am hiring one full-time marketing and operations employee to support the whole product pipeline: research trending products, set up new store pages, generate images and video content, and manage our Meta ad campaigns.

This is a fixed-salary position, not commission-based. You will make real day-to-day decisions on creative and marketing direction, working from systems and templates I already have in place. I provide full training, but you must already understand e-commerce, Shopify, and Meta ads before you apply.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS (read carefully before applying)

- MARKETING ANGLES — the single most important skill. A visual, creative eye. You can look at a product and see the hook, the audience, and a fresh way to present it.

- META ADS MANAGEMENT — real Ads Manager experience. Build campaigns, launch them, read the metrics, decide what to kill or scale.

- MARKET RESEARCH — confident researching trending products and competitor activity using Meta Ad Library, TikTok, and supplier platforms.

- SHOPIFY — products, variants, collections, media, basic theme edits.

- STORE PAGE SETUP (NO CODING) — the page format and layout already exist. AI builds the page for you. Your job is to feed it the right angle, then add the product, images, and copy in Shopify.

- AI IMAGE GENERATION — generate clean product images and place them correctly on the site.

- VIDEO EDITING — basic only. Cut, trim, clean up clips into ad-ready creatives. No advanced effects needed.

- AD COPY DIRECTION — we use AI to write the copy, so you do not need to be a copywriter. You must find the right angle and judge whether the output is good enough to run.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Every 2 days, research and present 3 trending product options with your reasoning and a suggested angle for each. I select one.

- Verify demand through ad activity, engagement, video traction, and competitor pricing.

- Once a product is selected, set up the full page in Shopify using our existing template and AI system. No coding required.

- Generate and upload product images, and add relevant short-form video content to the site.

- Edit ad-ready video clips and set up ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.

- Monitor all live campaigns daily on CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and maintain existing store pages.

- Send a daily written report on work completed and recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS

- E-commerce or online retail marketing background: experience, training, or solid working knowledge.

- Good written English, enough to direct AI copy for a US audience.

- Comfortable following a setup process in Visual Studio Code with AI. You will not write code.

- A laptop powerful enough to run design and editing tools smoothly.

- Strong, reliable, high-speed internet.

- Ability to overlap with US Central Time for a few hours daily.

SCHEDULE

- Monday to Friday: 8 hours per day.

- Plus 4 hours on either Saturday or Sunday, your choice which day.

SALARY & BENEFITS

- Fixed monthly salary: 120 USD.

- Paid Claude Code access provided. You will not pay for your own tools.

- Salary review based on performance over time.

- Full training on our systems and processes.

- Fully remote position.
