Responsibilities:
• Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients across priority sectors
• Present Auction Ethiopia’s value proposition and secure high quality engagements
• Manage the full sales pipeline from initial contact to agreement signing
• Schedule and participate in meetings, demonstrations, and follow up sessions
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client status in the CRM
• Support onboarding handover by coordinating closely with operations and training teams
• Continuously monitor market trends to identify new prospects
• Represent the brand professionally in front of strategic organizations

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development
• Proven success in meeting sales targets or KPIs
• Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English
• Experience in B2B sales or corporate engagement is an advantage
