The Junior Sales Agent's principal responsibility is excellent retail sales and customer service.

Core Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and respectfully.
Explain GURRES'S products accurately and honestly.
Assist customers in selecting products according to their needs.
sell and deliver products to customers.
Handle customer payments accurately.
Issue Receipts or maintain required sales records.
Maintain accurate daily sales records.
Keep the sales area clean, organized and attractive.
properly understand the attributes and benefits of GURRES Injera products.
Monitor product availability and immediately report shortages.
Inform the sales manager about damaged, returned or unsold products.
follow Company pricing and promotional policies.
Never alter prices or offer unauthorized discounts.
Treat every customer with respect regardless of the customer's background or purchasing power.
Respond calmly and professionally to customer complaints.
Report serious complaints to the appropriate supervisor.
Protect company money, products, equipment and information.
Maintain personal cleanliness and appropriate workplace appearance.
Follow food handling, hygiene and safety requirements.
Perform other reasonable duties directly related to retail sales and customer service.
