Main Role & Responsibilities

Operational Coordination: Support day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth workflows across content production, technology teams, and customer support.
Team & Schedule Support: Assist leadership and co-founders in managing daily schedules, tracking project timelines, setting meeting agendas, and monitoring deliverable deadlines.
Administrative Management: Maintain organized company records, handle official documentation, track operational expenses, and streamline administrative procedures.
Internal Communication: Serve as a central point of contact between co-founders, internal staff, contractors, and external partners to ensure clear, consistent information flow.
Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical systems, templates, and digital tools to improve overall team productivity.
Special Projects: Take ownership of ad-hoc operational initiatives, event coordination, or research tasks assigned by company leadership.

Required Skills

Organizational & Task Management: Exceptional ability to prioritize competing tasks, manage calendars, meet tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting professional emails, reports, and internal updates.
Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive mindset with a knack for identifying issues early and implementing resourceful solutions independently.
Software & Tool Literacy: Proficiency with productivity suites (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office) and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana, or Slack).
Interpersonal Savvy: Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships diplomatically across diverse team members and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Assistant / Ops Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an assistant manager, executive assistant, operations coordinator, or administrative support role (experience in startups or tech/edtech is a plus).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Bachelor degree in any applied course Management, Communications, or a related field.
Project Management Basics: Familiarity with basic project management frameworks and tracking metrics.
Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
