▸Drive top-line growth by winning project orders for Sorana's processed glass and glazing product lines, measured in sqm sold and installed.

▸Build, own and grow a pipeline of real estate developers, general contractors, architects, consultants and construction firms.

▸Lead consultative, technical sales — specifying the correct glass build-up (thickness, tempered vs. laminated, IGU, low-E, safety glass) for each application.

▸ Prepare, present and negotiate quotations and proformas in coordination with estimation and production.

▸ Own key accounts end-to-end — from first lead through delivery, installation and after sales.

▸Maintain the CRM as the single source of truth: accurate pipeline, forecasts and activity records.

▸Coordinate clean handoffs across Marketing → Customer Service → Sales → Production → Installation.

▸Represent Sorana at site meetings, developer forums and industry events; feed back competitor and market intelligence.

MEASURE WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE

Volume sold (sqm) Monthly & quarterly sqm closed vs. target — the primary driver of commission.

Contract value & margin Value of signed orders; protecting price and margin discipline

Pipeline & conversion Healthy pipeline coverage and improving lead-to-order conversion

New named accounts New developers, contractors and consultants onboarded each quarter

Collections On-time payment / collection adherence on closed deals

WHAT YOU BRING

▸5–8+ years of B2B sales experience in glass, aluminium, façade, building materials or the wider construction sector.

▸A demonstrable, active network of developers, contractors, architects and consultants in Ethiopia. ▸Proven track record of meeting or exceeding volume-based sales targets. ▸Technical fluency in glass/glazing (or the ability to master it quickly).

▸Confident negotiator, resilient closer, disciplined with CRM and follow-up.

▸Comfortable and motivated by commission-driven earnings.

▸Degree in engineering, business or marketing preferred — or equivalent proven experience. ▸Fluent in Amharic and English; valid driving licence; willing to travel to sites.
