Suggested criteria for a finance Director

Bachelor's degree and masters in Accounting ,finance ,Economic , Business Adminstration , oro a related filed.
Professional qualification(such as CPVA, ACCA CMA or equivalent ) area an advantage
At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in finance accounting ,budgeting, or financial management
proven leadership and management experience
strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting ,taxation and communication , and decision -making skills .
Excellent analytical , communication, and decision -making skills .
High ethical standards , integrity , and confidentiality .
Good computer skills , micro soft Excel .
No. record of financial misconduct or discplinary action
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
