We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability

Job Description

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and security of network services.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, hardware, and software issues in a timely manner.
Configure and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
Perform routine network maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and monitoring tools.
Provide technical support to users and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and inventory records.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives.
Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and industry best practices.

Responsibilites

Bachelor ' s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in network administration, network engineering, or IT infrastructure support.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS,
DHCP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, and VPNs.
Hands-on experience with networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, MikroTik, HP, or Ubiquiti.
Familiarity with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnostic tools.
Basic knowledge of network security principles and firewall management.
Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux systems is an advantage.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, MTCNA, or HCIA are preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
