Job Title: Office Assistant (Female)

Location: Addis Ababa

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated, organized, and responsible female Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, assist with daily office operations, and handle work-related assignments both in the office and at external organizations when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle office correspondence and filing.

Receive and assist visitors.

Prepare and organize documents.

Manage office supplies and maintain records.

Perform administrative and clerical tasks.

Visit government offices, banks, and other organizations for official company business as required.

Carry out other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Science, or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to travel within the city for work-related assignments.

Previous office experience required
