Job Description - Yango by Melke

Job Summary

The Customer Support Officer will manage inbound and outbound communication with drivers, provide operational assistance, resolve issues, and ensure positive driver experience.

Salary - 10,000 birr Net salary plus commission up to 10,000 birr

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming driver inquiries

Conduct outbound follow-up calls

Support onboarding and activation processes

Resolve operational complaints

Assist drivers with platform-related issues

Maintain communication records

Escalate technical issues when necessary

Requirements

Excellent communication skills

Strong customer handling ability

Basic computer literacy

Experience in call center or customer service is an advantage

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Salary

10,000 birr Net salary plus commission up to 10,000 birr
