We are looking for a master baker with exceptional skills in modern, luxury viennoiserie, flawless lamination, and signature patisserie (inspired by top boutique bakeries like Magna Pastries and Seasons Pastries).

The Selection Process: The Pastry Showdown

We are selecting our Main Pastry Chef through a live, practical audition:

Step 1: Application & Portfolio – Send us photos/videos of your best pastry work.

Step 2: Shortlist & Interview – Selected applicants will have a brief interview to discuss concepts and menu vision.

Step 3: The Bake-Off Competition – Finalists will be invited to present 5 of their best signature pastry samples.

Full Expense Coverage: The café owner will fully cover all ingredient and preparation expenses for the 5 sample pastries presented by shortlisted competitors.

What We Are Looking For

Pastry Mastery: Proven expertise in advanced lamination (croissants, cruffins, danishes), delicate tarts, mousses, and modern cake assembly.

Eye for Aesthetics: Ability to craft visually stunning, photogenic pastries that match luxury standards.

Kitchen Leadership: Ability to manage inventory, cost recipes, and lead production for a new brand opening.
