We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is honest, organized, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Operate the cash register machine accurately and efficiently.
Process cash, and digital payments.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly.
Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance it at the beginning and end of each shift.
Answer customer questions regarding products, prices, and services.
Handle customer complaints politely and refer issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist with basic inventory checks and restocking when required.
Follow company policies, cash-handling procedures, and security guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage.
Ability to operate a cash register machine.
Basic mathematical and computer skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Trustworthy, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior.
