We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Project Manager to join our growing team.

Position: Site Project Manager

Job Summary

The Site Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of design concepts, managing daily site activities, supervising construction and finishing works, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, extensive site management experience, and a passion for achieving excellence in every detail.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all site construction and finishing activities.
Ensure design drawings and specifications are accurately implemented.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of works.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on site.
Prepare progress reports and project updates.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Control material usage and site resources efficiently.
Review workmanship and ensure all finishing details meet project requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in construction, interior fit-out, or finishing projects.
Strong knowledge of project management and site supervision.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
Experience managing multiple project teams and subcontractors.
