Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and confident Real Estate Sales Agent to represent our brand both online and offline. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, comfortable appearing on camera, has an active social media presence, and can build trust with clients while achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.
Conduct property presentations and site visits professionally.
Create engaging property content for social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Confidently host and appear in property videos, live streams, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
Respond promptly to inquiries from phone calls, messaging apps, and social media.
Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable properties.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate sales agreements and guide clients through the reservation and closing process.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and submit regular sales reports.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident and professional in front of a camera.
Active and professional social media presence with strong digital communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
Fluency in Amharic is required; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
