We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead the company's financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc.) is an advantage.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with proven leadership experience.

· Experience working in a reputable company is a strong advantage.

· Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash flow management, and Ethiopian financial regulations.

· Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experienced in using accounting software, ERP systems, and other modern financial technologies.

· High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

· English Proficiency is a plus
