Greet clients, partners, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and route incoming calls promptly
Handle emails and general inquiries from clients and vendors
Take clear messages and ensure timely delivery
Schedule meetings, client presentations, and internal discussions
Coordinate deliveries (e.g., marketing materials, printing samples, media kits)
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
Maintain office supplies and reception area
Ensure the reception area reflects the agency’s creativity and professionalism
Provide a positive first impression to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or office administration is an advantage
