JOB SUMMERY

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving issues effectively, and contributing to our company's success.

ROLES & REPONSIBILITIES

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.

· Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, finding solutions that meet their needs.

· Process orders, payments, and account updates accurately and timely.

· Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

· Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge, ensuring you can provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

· Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleague

Qualifications and Required Skills

· BA graduate in related field

· Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships

· Proven presentation and negotiating skills

· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

· Proven time management skill
