About the Company:
ZER trading plc is a dynamic and forward-thinking private company based in Addis Ababa, specializing in Industrial/Agricultural Machinery Imports alongside cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) Production and digital media solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales operations, manage customer accounts, and drive the team to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Coordinate the marketing and promotion of imported machinery, equipment, and industrial solutions to prospective clients, contractors, and corporate buyers.
- Lead modern marketing initiatives utilizing digital platforms, social media, and immersive media/VR production assets to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Assist in monitoring public/private tender announcements, preparing competitive bid proposals, and conducting technical presentations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, or in a related field. Technical/engineering background is a strong plus.
- 1+years of professional experience in sales, B2B marketing, or team supervision.
- Prior working experience or familiarity within a Machinery Import, Trading, or Media/VR Production environment is highly preferred.
Core Skills:
- Strong negotiation, contract closing, and client-handling skills.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and multimedia content strategies.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational and cross-functional communication abilities.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Amharic.
