Job Opening: Admin Assistant

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our real estate company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and be able to manage administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Fast typing and accurate data entry skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Previous administrative experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare reports, letters, and office documents.
Maintain records and filing systems.
Update data and prepare Excel reports.
Support daily administrative and office operations.
Coordinate meetings and schedules.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
