Key Responsibilities

Financial Management: Manage comprehensive day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll processing, and invoicing.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and execute all statutory tax filings and financial declarations utilizing the E-Tax system, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.
System Administration: Maintain and optimize financial data integrity within Peachtree and the company’s ERP framework.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, budget variances, and cash flow analyses to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role, preferably within a manufacturing, laboratory, or healthcare sector.
Advanced proficiency in Peachtree and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Demonstrated expertise in local E-Tax platforms and corporate tax compliance.
Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to lead financial workflows independently.
