Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Reg istered Nurse (RN) to join our dental team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional medical care and specialized dental treatments. You will be r esponsible for patient assessment, managing clinica I safety protocols, assisting during complex oral surg eries, and providing exceptional pre- and post-oper ative patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment & Triage: Review patients' medi cal histories, take vital signs, and identify potential m edical risks or contraindications before dental proce dures.

Surgical & Procedure Support: Assist dental surgeon s during complex oral surgeries, root canals, and peri odontal procedures; monitor patient vitals under loc al anesthesia or conscious sedation.

Post-Operative Care: Provide clear, supportive recov ery instructions to patients and caregivers regarding pain management, wound care, and medication co mpliance.

Infection Control & Safety: Maintain strict sterilizatio n and infection control protocols for clinical spaces, i nstruments, and equipment in compliance with healt hare standards.

Emergency Readiness: Lead the clinic's emergency r eadiness protocols, managing the emergency medi cal cart and responding promptly to any adverse pa tient reactions.
