Job Summary

The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing activities that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The role involves market research, campaign execution, content creation, digital marketing, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and promotional content.
Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using marketing analytics and prepare reports.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support revenue growth.
Maintain the company's brand identity across all communication channels.
Build relationships with media, agencies, vendors, and business partners.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant marketing experience
Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or CRM systems is an advantage.
